At Leigh Alexandra Soft Furnishings we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to deal with your enquiry/quote or to process your order and to provide products and services you have requested from us.

What information we collect

We collect only the personal information which you choose to give us when you contact us. We can supply goods with as little as a name and one form of contact so we can communicate to update you on your order. The only information we tend to hold on customers, which are kept in a secure filing cabinet, accounts program for invoicing on a secure lap top and password protected mobile phone, are:

We do not require bank details, and as we only accept cash, cheque or BACS, we therefore don't require or store card details.

How we use your information

We only use your information for contacting you regarding an enquiry by yourself, quote that you have requested, order query or invoicing. The only time it will be passed to a third party is if you request something to be sent direct to yourself from a supplier, such as samples. We will not use any contact details or other personal information to send you any general mailing or marketing.

We will not disclose or pass your information onto any third parties without your permission.

We recognise the importance of privacy and will regularly review our methods for storing customers personal details to ensure they are secure. Privacy policy will be updated accordingly.
