Blind safety regulations have changed since March 2014. All blinds will be made with breakable connectors on the rear cords that will break if any force is applied, preventing a child from being caught in the cords. Control chain breaks aways from the headrail if any weight is applied. There are also restrictions on chain lengths etc, but these regulations will be discussed fully with you at time of ordering.
